So a guy named Josh Venable, who was chief of staff at the Department of Education, ended up being the one who had to lead that task force.
And he later told me that they could not even get the final report with all the solutions that we had put into it throughout the government.
They couldn't get the final report out until the White House went and got approval from gun lobbyists to put that report out.
That's what this White House prioritized.
Not how many children's lives can we save?
How many people's lives can we save from mass shootings?
But will the gun lobby give us permission to put this report out?
