Instead, Donald Trump goes after the countries that insult him.

He mocked Donald Trump and he did a little Trump dance.
And the Washington Post says that was a deciding factor for Trump to go in and seize him from that country.
What's happening in Iran?
The Iranians have threatened and mocked Trump, and they tried to meddle in previous elections to undermine him.
What does he want to do?
He wants to get rid of the Ayatollahs.
But then look at Moscow and Beijing, countries that are arguably far bigger and more dangerous autocracies.
What does Donald Trump do?
He befriends them.
He capitulates to them.
Why?
can do deals with them, business deals that benefit him personally, diplomacy that benefits him personally.
That is a leader that's governing by self-interest and not the national interest.
Well, look, I would say that the thing that people
are discounting, even if they are interested in seeing the brutal thuggery of the Iranian regime end up in the ash heap of history, the thing they're discounting is that this regime is not totally powerless.
There are very serious threats to the United States, to the United States homeland, and to American lives, livelihoods, and our way of life if we go into a full-on war with Iran.
If we threaten the regime and they fundamentally view their survival at risk,
