I lived in London in my early 20s.

And I just had this intuitive pull to record a voice memo on my phone.

And I was essentially just speaking a visualization, a guided visualization of feeling like my future self now.

And I weaved in certain affirmations and certain other modalities into there.

And then I'd listen to it.

And it was good, but it wasn't giving me that motivational feeling.

So then I added it to my computer on my garage band.

I remember this so specifically.

I took all this like cinematic motivational music from YouTube.

I started layering it in.

And then little did I know, I created the first activation at that point.

This was eight years ago.

And I can't even tell you the shift that started happening in my life.

If you think about it like a graph, the beginning, the first couple of years of my journey, trying to do all the things that weren't working, it was this very gradual elevation and growth.

I was feeling some changes.

But then I'd fall off track and go back to the old self.

But then it was literally, if you think about it, like a bell curve from the moment I started listening to these activations and creating them and putting so much time and effort into creating a bunch of these audios to listen to.

It was a bell curve of growth.
