What I do is I have a negotiation with someone and that discussed uh what their
Their physical limitations are, what their boundaries are, what their medical situation is.
So we basically set up trust.
Uh and then we concertedly go into the scene, we negotiate in the scene uh there with a series of safe words, usually like read yellow, green, read being stop, yellow being slow down of green, obviously being go.
So, let's negotiate.

So do you have any um uh physical restrictions like any sort of bad shoulders, bad wrists, no sort of uh short term injuries?
