I mean that's just not reality, is it?
There's always going to be a manager who comes even two managers who seemingly on the front on the face of it look like they do things similarly are going to have different ideas about something and they're going to have
maybe different ideas about individual players.
So
I think it is very hard to maintain that equilibrium.
But yeah, I think for me, it felt like a symptom of at the point where everyone was on the same page, there were always arguments, there were always disagreements, discussions, but then everyone would kind of agree on the solution.
It feels like there was a period of time when one person was winning that argument.
Time and time and time again.
And y after a while you're like
Well why am I never winning this like I feel like I should have won at least one of these arguments.
And then it builds and it builds and it builds and then it becomes a personal situation and then you get into a situation Liverpool go into.
Um so
keeping that equilibrium, keeping everybody on the same page.
Because the other thing that happened in that period, from particularly from
Liverpool winning the European Cup, then Liverpool winning the league in the next season, is that Jurgen Klopp went from a guy who everyone thought was a very good manager to a guard.
And I'm not saying it affected him, but it certainly affected his ability to win arguments.
Yeah.
So I think
A change in that dynamic through success can sometimes be difficult.
