Well, it's interesting you ask me that because I just moved to Texas about two months back from New York.
And it's interesting because every other person you meet down there is an entrepreneur, especially in the finance sector, which is where I work.
And I work for a private family office, and we're doing a lot of investing locally within Texas now.
There's so many people moving to Texas at the moment that there's a one-month supply of housing, but the demand calls for a nine-month supply.
That's how many people are just in groves moving down to Texas.
With entrepreneurship, there's a huge environmental factor, meaning if you spend time with other entrepreneursβ
their risk-taking, their appetite rubs off on you, even if that's not your natural propensity.
So you'll see a lot of, within technology specifically, they'll have incubators, they'll have little hubs in Silicon Valley, also in New York City, where...
