I've been waiting for it for years and it still hasn't come.
But with habits in particular, if you truly want the ideal, I would start with the baseline and trust that it will build naturally.
There are going to be days where you're like, this is the worst kind of day.
I don't have any energy and I have so little time.
And then you're like, I can do another block.
And you come home and you're like, who's an Olympian?
And then, you know, another day, you're gonna have your ideal time and you're gonna be able to do that 30 minutes.
And because you've already been in the habit of moving your body, period.
It will be easier on the days where you have the ideal days.
And more and more often, you have more ideal days.
And what's cool is your baselines grow too.
Eventually, your baselines could be the two block limit.
So you're never stuck with that baseline.
