It's hard for me to think of someone who wouldn't benefit from some form of positive reinforcement.
But maybe if you're way more externally based, have a habit tracker next to the dishwasher.
And not the kind where it's like, oh, if I break the chain, then everything's over.
I'm going to have ones that are available for free resource with my book coming out.
But I would think it more like you could do a bar graph.
And so you're just filling it up.
And it doesn't matter if you miss a day.
Or I've had clients who put a bean in a jar every time they do the habit or a bead on Sunday.
I am not opposed to a piece of dark chocolate or anything.
Like you can do an external reward.
I do that on the things I really hate to do.
But I think the baseline way of doing it is just saying to yourself, I did it.
And, you know, this is all bringing back to, we started with talking about
The habit bros, you know, and their methods of working on anything that we want to work on and how it's so all or nothing based.
