And that's why you'll hear many people tell... I'd hate to say it, but it's mostly said to men.
Like, you need a woman who wants to stay at home.
You need a woman who's comfortable cooking and cleaning and whatever.
There are some people who still think that way.
And...
And, you know, if your woman is constantly out working and focusing on herself or whatever, like she's selfish and women are put in a position.
That's why we carry so many roles.
And we're like, I need to do it all.
I need to be able to cook and clean and go after my education and build a career and be the one that never inconveniences anybody else.
But at the end of the day, if your partner expects you to give, give, give, give, give to them, and if that giving goes away, they just, they can replace you, then they didn't go after you.
They went after what you were giving them.
So they will go and find that thing somewhere else.

Yes.
You are avoiding feeling the pain because you know if you feel it, there's something that you have to do about it.
You know that if you feel it, there's a discomfort that's going to come with it.
So I hear this advice all the time.
Don't take anything in life personally.
And I would look at that and think, wow, that sounds peaceful.
Like if someone yells at me or swears at me, I can just say that has nothing to do with me.
