In order to belong in a place, I need to be fully myself in that place.

That's what belonging is.

Belonging to a place doesn't mean that I hide parts of who I am to be there.

That was a huge thing for me.

Notice how everything I just said to you had absolutely nothing to do with the people around me.

It had everything to do with reflecting on myself and my life and the changes that I know I need to make.

Because many of us want our life to change so badly, but we don't want to do anything to make that change happen.

We don't want the discomfort of stirring things up, you know?

There's one quote, and I think this is a powerful one for us to, you know, slow down at the end with murky water is best settled when it's left alone for a while.

So the change that you're planning to go through in your life, the chaos that you're going through in your life, when you sit in that peaceful state of knowing that there is so much out there that's out of your control, the only thing that's in your control is to decide on who you want to be, to decide to fully become who you actually are.

And you sit there and all that mess in your life, all the people who are meant to walk away because that's the best thing for you will walk away.

As long as you're trying to change things, you're making the water murky.

You're making your life murky.

You're making your reality lack clarity.

Sit back and focus on being your full authentic self.

Be the person who chooses for yourself and let life be what it is.

Let people walk away if they want to.

Let them walk into your life if they want to.

Let people betray you if they want to.

Again, you're going to take it personally and you're going to say,
