I am still supporting the item, but I am concerned about the switch in the language.

Uh, originally the, the language had the, the, um, section on indigent health on, on, uh, would, would be, would be coming first.

And I, I just believe that that's the way it should be.

I mean, we are talking about people all across our county who are in need of healthcare.

And I, I, I mean, that's how it was originally presented and I feel that it should be flipped back again.

And I think that the healthcare issue should come first.

I think that the primary preventive health for residents who are indigent and medically poor is an overriding issue in this whole community and it's only getting worse with what's happening with healthcare.

So I would like to suggest or I would like to offer an amendment to switch it back to the way it was.

One of the reasons that I asked for this last year to be separated is because I felt if there was administration being taken, that Coast to Coast Legal Aid should have their own contract so that that money, if they needed to use it for administration, that they would be able to do that.
