And people are moving now to townhomes, less land necessary, but home ownership.

So the money that we have from GAAP financing goes for all of these different things.

The GAAP financing program has done something that has never happened before.

I mean, we used to have a few cities that gave us some money.

So we now have $61 million the GAAP financing program has leveraged in local government contributions.

And then we also have the Housing Finance Authority, which is $649 million.

We are looking everywhere we can to find it.

And I think you're hearing.

I mean, there's definitely just a commitment to this.

I ought to mention, even with our partnership with the homeless in Fort Lauderdale, they built their apartments on top of a parking garage.

They built a parking garage.

And then they built their, you know, you might be able to do that at your church.

I don't know.

But I mean, we need to all look at these different options.

I want to say we just opened up.
