the AAA, I know, the AAA event.
We celebrated the 44th annual installation dinner for the Area Agency on Aging of Broward.
And I have to tell you, I had the privilege of presenting Lisa Goldberg, who is the executive director of Coast to Coast Legal Aid with the Project Leader of the Year Award.
And Lisa is just a passionate advocate for justice.
Anyone who knows her, she's a trusted leader.
And she really cares about senior citizens, which is why I want to remind everyone, as we were talking about affordable housing and seniors,
that we have an excellent program now with Coast to Coast Legal Aid.
And Children's Services Council also has a program with them too.
So we are helping to get them out there and prevent people from being evicted, particularly in Coast to Coast Legal Aid's consideration of seniors.
And the dinner marked also the passing of the torch.
Completed two years as president of the agency.
And I always say that the best thing you can do is get a good successor, find a good successor.
And I did.
Tim Curtin from Memorial is now the president of the area agency.
And I know he'll do a great job.
Additionally, I was honored to accept the Fair Share Milestone Award.
