We do have a question from uh one of our t uh someone who emailed us over the last month, uh from Erin.

She says, My partner and I have been together for almost a year now.

I've always known he's been living with depression, but recently he's been worse than I've ever seen him before.

Well I have friends and family who have I have never suffered from depression, so I can't understand what he needs right now.

The info I found online for family and friends of those suffering doesn't say much other than how to get them to therapy and look after your own health.

Would love to know how my partner and I can manage this together without m taking a massive strain on our relationship.
