In your experience, because you have a phenomenal base of experience in this independent work that you do, in your experience, does the introduction of an independent trustee elevate this or grow members' trust in their retirement fund?

This kind of built in conflict in an umbrella fund, or let's call it a commercially sponsored umbrella fund.

Now, you are a principal officer of a very large commercial umbrella fund that Sunland umbrella fund.

And I'm sure you see it, or I'm sure you even within yourself are questioned around.

this perceived conflict between the administrator, the sponsor, in some instances, the investment manager or investment advisor, all being bundled under one roof.

And so this is not a, I'm not casting aspersions at Sunlum, I'm kind of sketching what people believe a commercial umbrella fund is structured to achieve.

And I choose those words very carefully.

But that kind of built-in conflict

right?

Or let's call it that built-in conflict of interest.

And it's a commercial interest, right?

How do you see that as a threat to umbrella funds right now?

And an even deeper question, how do you as the principal officer manage that?
