So this landlord was like, I'll put a chicken shop.
Nothing will smell.
And then in the story, in the article, they had a tenant's move in.
to the floor above, what kind of people move in and be like, oh, I don't think the chicken smell is going to waft up.
I think that's on the people who rented the second floor.
Well, and then it's and then like the article goes into further about how like the reason he's trying to kick them out.
He's trying to like end the lease is because he put two hundred thousand dollars into trying to stop the smell.
And I'm like, how is that worth it?
That's on you.
That's like you should have either asked them to leave or ask the tenants above to leave and be like, hey, you rented the place and it smells.
That's on you.
And then on top of it, it's like, I just love the idea that he's like, the people above are like, I rented this place.
Why does it smell like chicken?
That's what I keep on thinking.
I'm like, who are these people?
They're bad business.
Whatever that business is, do not use that business.
They don't have common sense.
I mean, I think it would be pretty nauseating.
I would not.
