of wanting to run elections by voting by home, just mass mailing ballots to any address wherever.

I think we saw from what went down in Minnesota.

We don't have the best system of tracking where exactly funds, let alone ballots, are going, and then just let people return them by mail, drop boxes, driving.

Who knows?

I don't think that's how we want to be running elections in this country.
