Hello, thank you for having me.

Yeah, so I'm Natasha Kandais.

I was a estate agent for 14 years in and around London, predominantly Canary Wharf, Greenwich areas.

And I did my own little stint as a self-employed agent back in 2017.

which led me to set up Property Progressors.

Well, I actually, after being self-employed, I did go back into managing a high street branch.

And then when I went on maternity leave with my daughter, I set myself up as a self-employed sales professor.

So I just called through all of the contacts that I knew in the industry.

Obviously I just had a baby, so I didn't want to be working Saturdays anymore and all of that kind of stuff.

So I set myself up as a self-employed sales professor and, uh,

Four years on, we're a fully-fledged company.

Yeah.

I feel like having a child puts you out of your comfort zone because I always think...

So actually, when I was growing up, I was not the kind of person who would have children.

But then if I didn't have my daughter, my career wouldn't have taken off in the way that it did because I was forced to put myself out of my comfort zone and set myself up on my own.

I probably would have just stayed in employed roles otherwise.

Yeah, exactly.

So I applied for a job.

I think I applied for a job as a recruiter.
