So we've gone a whole year without anybody leaving.

So our retention is fantastic.

And we've got such a lovely culture as well.

So we actually get sales progressives from within the team, bringing in people that they know and putting forward CVs of people that they know.

That's not how we do the majority of our recruitment, to be fair.

My ops manager does a lot of the recruitment.

We're just constantly interviewing sales progressives.

She's constantly got a pool of sales progressives that she really liked, ready to bring them on board because...

It's very difficult to plan when the business is going to come in.

So it's actually, it's been quite difficult from a professional perspective to juggle everything because you can't say no to business, but you also need to have the people for the business.

So yeah, it's been, it's definitely been a learning curve.

Yeah.

So we say to the sales professors, we'll give you between this amount and this amount of new sales per month.

Yeah.

So we always aim to hit between that amount of, within that range of sales each month.

It's difficult though because, you know, you've got busy periods like January was really busy and all of our sales professors got more than we expected in January.

But then...

November and December was really quiet because we had that budget.

It wasn't an announcement, but it was leaked, wasn't it?

So that was really quiet.
