From the outside looking in, and tell me if I'm wrong, this looks remarkably similar to the Peter O'Mahony situation of a couple of years ago of, you know, Ireland might be, what's their willingness to top him up versus Leinster?

Granted, O'Mahony was coming off a central contract, as we said, Lowe's never been on one.
