You don't want all cash up front 100%.
You want to do maybe like a 60% majority recap, hold 40%, roll into the next thing.

He sold his first company, MyCase, back in 2012 after he scaled it to $500,000 of revenue.
It was a big win at the time, but now that company's been bought and sold many times.
