So your phone's ringing off the hook, your emails are blowing up, maybe your uh social media messages, Facebook, things like that.

And you're like, wow, look at all this work.

And it's it's very easy to get caught up in that and not price correctly, not have proper route density, um, just various things to make you more profitable and and you end up securing contracts with the with those things being wrong, a contract for a property that's too far away or involves more than you thought and didn't price it correctly.

And now you might be losing money or barely making money the whole season.

Or maybe you signed a two year contract and now you're stuck for two years.

It's really it's it's really the perfect time to have this conversation going into the spring rush or being in it, depending on when you listen to this, because you can m the spring rush can make or break you.

So you wanna I really wanna, you know, make sure you guys understand that and and and and talk about some of the different things that

that I have done in the in the last twelve years as well as that I have learned from my peers and mentors.

I mean it was like shortly after I started my business.

So yeah, like eleven and a half, twelve years ago.

So a couple of things.

Um, one, when when I first started off, I definitely didn't know my pricing or my numbers or any of that stuff.

I mean, I did come from retail management, so I had a pretty good handle on business, but not like not a not a service business, right?

Like everything was already dictated for me in retail.

Like I didn't I didn't come up with prices or I didn't go into the real profits of it, but I knew profit and loss margins and looked at PL statements and

And but I didn't have any control over that.
