The sitting cross-legged, he faces a wall.
He says that so, you know, no negative energy comes at him and he's not focused on anything.
And he gets there and he does this real kind of low guttural.
And he just does that.
He says it centers him.
and that his, what is it, the chakra or whatever, the chi, he says it goes from the top of his head or his third eye, he called it, all the way down.
It splits him.
