I understand the value of the property in terms of expanding Town Hall, but I'd like to see what we can do as an effort for preservation before we just decide to tear the building down altogether.

okay um so in my profession we have a term called taxpayers but i don't remember so when you have business residential over business do you have the term for that uh mixed use is it just only mixed use or um it does it can that be placed anywhere else in any other district or is it only in mixed use

Can you talk about the modeling that you worked on with the planning commission?

which had concerns about, the commission had concerns that you offer all of these potential density increases in areas, but can the town actually absorb the amount of density that is being suggested or could potentially exist and what those models showed?
