Yes, so you get these lovely strawberries.
And just your tip for your listeners is just get these fruits now they're in season, pop them into the freezer, de-hull them, and then you'll always have kind of soft fruits all through the year, if you like them in smoothies, for homemade ice cream.
So you get the strawberries, you freeze them, and then you blitz them in a little Nutribullet.

What you do is you throw them in frozen into your little blender.

with some buttermilk which is lovely and then a touch of vanilla and you can add a tiny little bit of icing sugar into that we put up the recipe online there's another one we can do with condensed milk which is sweet and then we use some lovely strawberries and just to make it a little bit different we're putting coconut milk and we're also putting some lovely mango into it frozen mango which is great again you blitz that all up
into your little ice cream holders and into the freezer.
And, you know, just when kids get involved in this time of year, we're getting our lovely fruits, kids are off school, let's get them making little ice pops.
