So for so long, we have been told that 10,000 steps a day is a target that we need to do.
But a new study from the London School of Economics tells us that just 5,000 steps three days a week is actually all that we need, which is a lot more achievable as well.
I think for people who are working full time as well or might have kids, we don't need to be stressing about getting those 10,000 steps.
