So I'm living in Manchester and I've just joined a club here in Manchester, Oisín's GAA.

So that's my new hobby now, back playing in GA over here in Manchester in the Lancashire League.

Great.

Yeah, great.

Yeah, the refereeing seems to be a little bit loose over here.

So getting back used to that side of things.

And I suppose the new rules coming in as well.

But I love it.

I'm really enjoying it and playing here with Yvonne Daly, who I used to play with on the Galway team as well.

She's living over here in Manchester.

So a few familiar faces as well.

Yeah, keep an eye on it from afar.

I saw that.

Yeah, close game in the end, but got over the line with the goal, I suppose, the decider in the end.

So I watched the league final as well and I was disappointed for them because I feel like they dominated the game against Cork and then that own goal just seems to flip everything on its head.

So hopefully that kind of setback and that hurt will probably drive them on to get Brendan Martin back west again, which would be great really because it's been too long really since we've had success at that level.

Yeah, it's been a quick transition.

I suppose I probably had the summer off last summer when I retired and then took the job in August and straight into it really as a novice in terms of how things work behind the scenes, but really enjoying this.

Great club to learn at, a lot of experience around me as well, both from the men's and the women's side.
