And finance and fitness are actually really similar.
Same reason people don't want to look at their credit card bill.
They don't want to look at what they're eating or their calorie count.
It's just confronting.

Because anyone who's been a founder has felt how difficult that journey is at some point.
It's not always difficult.
But there are some points where you're just like, why am I doing this?
I could do other things that are easier and I wouldn't have to go through all this pain.

Sounds like a lot in sort of like personal savings terms, but anyone who's run a business knows that $285,000 is like two staff plus overheads.
So, $285,000 goes pretty quickly when you're running a business.
And yeah, we just scraped and scraped and scraped along.
And so, yeah, it was a tough time.
