Comparison is a thief of joy.

I did lots of comparison in the two years I was building my business.

I can tell you I've learned a little bit because I run a little bit now.

I'm trying to get faster.

And there's pretty much, I'm working my ass off right now to be a faster runner.

And I would say 30% of your friends are faster than I am today having done no effort, just putting on a pair of shoes and going for a run.

but at 39 relative to 29, I'm so much better at just being happy with my, the really, the only person I'm comparing myself to is me six months ago.
