Is that what you want as a founder or not?

So when I say that of the 100 businesses, if we're taking just 100 businesses that exist, like zero of them statistically are venture fundable.

If we say the subset is 100 businesses who are seeking venture funding, maybe one or two, and the likelihood that either of them will be successful is really low.

So you actually kind of need 1,000 venture capital fundable businesses and you need to fund 10 of them to find one that works.

But we're talking about minute probabilities of success.

Define seen.

Yeah, so met with is a much smaller number, but the met with number would be probably between 650 and 750.

And then the seen would be 6,000 to 10,000, somewhere in that range.

Wow.

And then the funded would be 12.

But I go into, I do a how to write a good pitch deck and I analyze three pitch decks.

And it's become a really popular artifact where I get a lot of feedback on it from people going, oh, I just watched it for the first time.

so the answer to what's a good pitch deck it takes an hour you wanted three nuggets most important thing is the team like I don't care most people send me a 25 slide pitch deck I don't even I just ignore the order you send it in I go and find out who the team is because I'm like who's the author of this document because and there I'm looking for something that makes me interested and then the second thing is I just do command F and look for a dollar sign because I'm like and then I'm looking is it real revenue projected revenue whatever it is

And then I'll be like, okay, do these look like interesting people?

And then I can kind of go, is this pre-revenue or post-revenue?

And then I can just go and be like, okay, maybe I go see what this does.

But I'm not looking for what it does as a first thing.
