It's a good topical example.
We see a lot of people start with a basic index and then all of a sudden they'll stop investing in that index and switch to a slightly different version of that index, whether it's ESG or not.
They'll just switch.
They won't sell.
And that person, if we just try and think of that persona, we go, that person has made a few decisions there.
They've made a decision to change course, which is totally fine.
But they've also made a decision to go, I don't feel strongly enough that I need to sell out.
Like it's this big move I'm making.
So I'm not going to sell out of all of my non-ESG indexes and go straight into ESG because there's tax implications I don't need to, it's costs that I just don't need to.
Then at the other end of the spectrum, there are those people
And there's no right or wrong here.
There are those people who go, I'm making a decision.
I'm going to change direction.
I'm going to sell out of all that stuff.
I'm going to go whole list into this other, you know, slightly different direction.
And I think the reason I bring that up is the fact that those people are making those different decisions just gives an example of the many, many ways you can change your mind.
There are many ways you can do that and not cause yourself stress.
So for some people, the stress of having the old stuff in their portfolio might just stress them out too much and that's okay.
Move on.
I think that's an interesting thing that we're seeing a lot of.
