But we do I did want to kind of address like the ways in which this maybe has trickled down and permeated into other areas.

So it's sort of weird because the women are sometimes told that they have to like out alpha men to survive in the allegedly patriarchal world.

And it goes beyond leadership into this kind of idea of total perfectionism.

Isn't the men's version doing that as well though?

Oh yeah.

I think that's totally fair.

For the men, you have to be optimized at work.

You gotta have your little drop shipping side hustle or start up and

Yeah, hit the gym until you have the physique of a Greek statue and picking up a new woman at the bar every night or being the world's most dominant husband and father.

For women, it's kind of the same.

You know, you be a CEO, fitness model after work, high value partner by night.

You're supposed to be highly assertive and have girl boss energy and look perfect and reject vulnerability and be untouchable.

Yeah, I think I think that's accurate.

I think the the key difference is that

Alpha men frame other men as the enemy, or at least is compet like every other man is competition at the very least.

And women are an obstacle or a resource.
