She's asking for you to hear her and empathize with her and be there with her and make her feel seen, heard, and loved and appreciated and that you're there for her regardless of everything she's she's going through.

Yeah.

And you feel her pain with her.

And as you do that, she will feel very loved.

And as you do that, she will be glad to want to talk to you about your.

But until then

There's gonna be a big void in the woman's heart until the man is able to learn two years, one mouth.

So first you listen.

She needs your ears, she needs your eyeballs, she needs you to hold her hands and be there with her as she is talking to you.

This is something so important for the female.

It's so, so important for a marriage for the male to be able to do that.

And because anyway.

Because it's it's good.

So communication is about seven percent verbal, you know.

We think of communication as us talking, but really majority of communication is nonverbal.

So we need to take that into consideration when we talk about communication.

And so this that this example, you know, what I just shared, most of this is nonverbal.

And and and and when we have that awareness, things start to shift.
