I'm not used to being seen in honesty.
I'm used to being seen as a curated self who's only performing in the ways that I know best.
And back then, a couple of years ago, psychologists don't share their own struggles.
They dare don't talk about the body and nutrition and lifestyle and the nervous system.
It's just not in our trained language.
So I was so afraid to share online.
Thank God she supported me and urged me and I began to do that.
Though over time in the beginning, I would share much like a therapist.
I'd dance around topics.
I'd water it down.
You'd ask me what I think.
I'd give you like a, it could be this or that because I didn't want to.
There were some topics I avoided entirely, even though I believed them to be true.
