And so even over these last, gosh, how many years I've been online now?

I have gradually, by learning how to say the thing in my safe relationships outside of social media, of course, first and then...
On social media to tolerate all the different reactions, opinions, you know, misunderstandings or outright disagreements that I have gotten over the years showing myself.
Right.
Of course, it's not that I avoid feedback entirely.
Sometimes very well-meaning people on the Internet can give me very helpful feedback that I can integrate, though not all of it is.
And so over these years, I've even gotten so much more in my own flow because I don't have to pause, run something by, think about all the people that I'm never going to please or I'm not going to be for.
And I can just say it.
And that's been so freeing.
But it has taken practice.
It has taken me, like you're doing, kind of being like, say the thing.
Say the thing.
Figure out what the thing is.
Take time to figure it out.
Don't maybe say it in a heated moment.
Get clear that it is the thing you want to say and then just practice saying the thing.
Oh, so good.
