Most people don't need you or I to tell them, here are some options or here are some ideas of how we could fix this.
People naturally are smart for themselves, right?
Like they start to see, they start to have ideas.
And I think that's actually the scary part because it's easier to be in a place where you don't start to see solutions because then you actually have to be accountable to start
doing those solutions.
And I think that that's why people feel relief is because once they go through it, they realize, wow, this was actually like way worse in my head than I thought.
