He built me a swing out on the deck.

And I can't even tell you this, Elizabeth, what it felt like because it is such an enormous experience.

I remember sitting on that swing.

And it was high up, like it was right outside his cabin.

So I would swing and it felt like I was flying over the water.

I felt like I was a bird.

I really did.

It was such a freeing, liberating experience.

I must have been about nine, no, eight, something like that.
