You know, we did wild things and don't suggest it for anyone.

But, you know, you see in the book the pros and cons of it all, which not really pros, but, you know, the highs and the lows, I guess that's a better way to say that, of what that world is like.

You got to read it, though, to kind of see.

But I promise you that if you pick up the book and read it, you're going to feel like you're there.

The most vulnerable, and I don't mean to cut you off, but the most vulnerable I've ever been in my life.

And when you read the book, you'll see that I've been vulnerable to a lot of people my entire life.

And it's been tough, but this has...

I've never felt so ripped open and so raw, and I told the book so authentically and honestly, and I talk about my failures, my flaws, and I leave it open.

I leave it open for people to say she did this and this and this, and yes, I did.

I'm not gonna ever say I'm not a person that I wasn't, but it hasn't been easy, but it has been life-changing because when you let yourself open to that vulnerability and you kind of say, this is me, I'm not gonna change it, I'm not gonna alter it, I'm gonna give you the truth, then I'm free, right?

I'm free.

So first of all, my girls are now adults.

This took place 30 years ago and that's important because some people are like, are you still in that life?

It's like 30 years ago, right?

I've done a lot of work since then.

So my daughters are adults and it was a decision I made and I thought about it.

you know, in depth.

And in the end, the decision was that doing this book and the reasons why, and the things that I'll be able to do with it were worth it.

But I did have to have conversations with them separately at different times, they're different ages.

And, and so, um, and they have different parts and I really didn't want to tell their story.
