When we first started this show, the goal was simple.
We wanted to build a space where people living with chronic migraine could talk openly about their journey and be reminded that they're not alone.
We wanted this to be a place where you could hear someone else describe what they're going through and maybe stop and think, oh, that's me.
That's my life.
That's my Tuesday morning.
And I'm so proud to say, over time, something else happened, something a little unexpected.
This also became a beautiful community of friends.
And if there's one thing I've learned from my own experiences and from the incredible people I've met who are living through hard things, it's this.
