So that's the first time we've heard some detail of the allegation made by complainant M.
As we've said a number of times.
There are six complainants and 22 charges, all of which Alan Jones denies being um looked at in this trial.
I want to return now to one of the other witnesses that took the stand this week, and this was a friend of Alan Jones.
The witness gave
Gave evidence unfavourable to the Crown's case, and the prosecution was granted permission to cross-examine them.
And he was accused by the prosecution of giving evidence to assist Jones.
This witness was at times agitated by the questions or the suggestions that were being put to him by prosecutor Georgina Wright.
I would also say that Wright, who has been, in my view,
both understated in tone and delivery throughout the trial, was really pressing this witness with some rapid-fire questions on the specifics of his answers, on apparent contradictions in his responses.

Okay, so complainant C has told the court that this um individual who was in the witness box was present at the lunch.
He's also been placed at the lunch by other witnesses.
But under cross examination he responded, I don't recall
To many of the questions put to him by the prosecutor.
