And he likes to say, you know, if you want to fight, like fight, there are so many better forms to fight than capoeira.

Basically, like capoeira has so much more to offer.

Of our choices, even if we can feel safety and be far away from, you know, create a bubble that we don't necessarily receive the feedback immediately.

Yeah, we are connected to it.

So there's something about that waking up for Americans.

I think that's very, very important.

At least it was very important for me.

In realizing like, oh, wow, my impact.

And what does it feel like to be violent?

And if I go into the razor blade throwing or the machete working or the, you know, kicking people in the head, breaking their noses, breaking their heads, which is all stuff I've done.

You know, how does that feel?

And, you know, for me, it was a huge education.

Like, I don't want to hurt people.
