I hope Matt LaFleur stays with the Packers for as long as Ben Johnson is with the Bears.
I can't get enough of that.
So, yeah, it has ripple effects.
And I know LaFleur's perspective on the whole thing is, what the hell is going on here?

I don't even know him.
It's just great how this has morphed into a thing.
Well, look, there's this, and Ben Johnson is really taking a calculated risk here, because the way the NFL works, there's only 32 teams, as we know, for now.
It could change, but for now there's 32, and everyone is interconnected.
Every coach that's currently with a team is potentially going to be looking for a job someday.
Your network of friends, colleagues, associates, connections is one of your most important assets because when you end up out on your ear as eight coaches found out this year plus the one who walked away, you're going to be tapping into that network when it's time
to plot your next move.
Ben Johnson doesn't care.
I love the confidence that is embedded within his attitude.
He's willing to act like a fan.
You know, that's one of the things that drives fans crazy.
Coaches and players don't behave the way fans do.
They don't think the way fans do.
Because for the coach, I'm gonna be with this team one year, that team the next year, the other team the year after that.
I become a head coach.
