Because we love the service, we love the space, we love the team.

But there are other landlords that I guess wanna remain a little bit more discreet.
And that's fine.
And that's where the managed service provider comes in.
And they can forge good relationships with occupiers and they can also work with landlords to enhance their whole portfolio if that's what's required.
So I see it less as a third party and more as a partnership.

You know, the the market for managed workspace, whilst whilst the concept of a managed workspace has been around for a long time, it's in terms of it being a mainstream part of the market, it's in its relative infancy.

in the market, in that there are lots of spaces calling themselves a managed office, but when you
go under the hood, it's nothing more than an all inclusive rent rates and service charge.
And that's not managed.
