But secondly, the fact that we're ensuring all of our portfolio properties are essential core or premium managed.

They have this trust that, you know, their client's going to move into a space and not phone them up three weeks later saying, you didn't tell me there's no cleaning.

And the broker says, I assume there was cleaning because that's what a managed workspace is.

And it becomes a bit of a mess.

So again, the the the main pillars of our agency is number one, trust with the broker market and with all other markets.

And number two, ensuring that the properties we market, the properties we're selling, are bona fide managed.

They adhere to the thresholds.
