As in through lifestyle?
So in this, because I've seen stuff on there, you know, people say, oh, you know, high, there is a, is it type 2 that can be brought on by a high sugar lifestyle?
It's not always the case.
So it's like the people assuming that this is something that you have influenced in any way is so ignorant.
Yeah.
Yeah, it must be very hurtful.
But there's so many things that happen to people, you know, like, in the autoimmune world.
Like, I think of my sister, Vendometriosis.
Like, you know, she has it so badly.
It's like, what, you know, she's healthy, she's active, but all these people... She's doing all the right things.
Done all the things, like, you know, and she's done all, she's read all the stuff online.
People are like, you know, cut out gluten, cut out dairy.
She's done it all.
The endo's still there.
Like, you know, it's very easy for people to be armchair experts.
Yeah.
And I'm not poo-pooing a healthy lifestyle at all.
But there are levels to this.
It would just contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
