That's why I think having this conversation, the work you're doing with Diabetes UK is so important because it's something we've all heard.
Everyone's heard the word diabetes, but so many people actually have a huge lack of knowledge around it.
And like you said, that's why I think there's so much misinformation online and so much derogatory sort of conversation around it because people just don't understand it.
And also like you, like without scaremongering people, you don't know what the future holds, whether like a diagnosis could happen for you.
You never thought in your 20s that at 29 you'd have that diagnosis.
Yeah.
And you were fit, healthy.
You're like, why on earth would you think that this is something that's going to happen to you?
Well, you're spreading awareness.
It's very different.
I mean, that would be incredible.
Had you had LC yet?
Were you pregnant after?
Diabetes.
So you got diagnosed and then you had... Because also type 1 diabetes can come on during pregnancy, can't it?
Gestational.
That you get when you're pregnant, yes.
You know.
Were you nervous about managing diabetes through pregnancy or at that point were you, you'd already kind of, you'd learnt the ropes of what you need to do?
