And I would always tell people who worked for me at the time, you need to have that element of faking it.
You have to be okay faking it, right?
Not in a bad sense, not in a don't be you, right?
But fake it internally, right?
But actually the things that are not going to disappear is me being in a boardroom and holding the room.
Right?
The eye contact, the delivery, the ability to spar, the ability to not follow a script, the ability to, you know, answer the question.
Even if I don't have, you know, a polished answer, the ability to come across as human, the ability to explain something to them in a way that makes them remember, in a way that is influential.
And it goes back to the topic of AI will tell you, you know, will generate all the reports, but it won't be able to sit in the room and hold the room.
