talent like softer skills that's still very much like a must a must do a must have so that was that was ultimately the story for why right it was a an amazing opportunity for our family for the next generation of our family and and probably beyond and i think when you're evaluating something like that which is a game changer in your life right in terms of how you are

You know, everything was always comfortable, God willing, but this was going to another level with, you know, with the prospects in terms of what this opportunity meant for us.

And it was just something that especially combined with my husband's passion already for this company and for that direct type of work, it felt like,

We, you know, we had to invest and that's what we did.

And then me, you know, pivoting was basically saying, yes, I have the opportunity to like a lot of people could expect.

I stopped working, not an option for me, but yes, I had the opportunity to pick the more comfortable route, but actually it just felt, as I said, this was the world's way is screaming at me to say, if it's not now, when is it?

And it wasn't necessarily betting even on the company.

It's betting on myself, you know?

Just, just hope it just so happens.

We are doing some really interesting work with the company and I think just being able then to leverage all of the, the goodwill and the, you know, the relationships and the, you know, the, the, the kind of the, the, the, you know, the, the content, et cetera, that I built and developed over the period of my career has proven to be useful.

So just to be clear, so I left, I left Ernest & Young and I had already incorporated my company Fully Bossed years, like four years ago, but I wasn't able to do much with it.

And then when we came to Hong Kong, incorporated the Hong Kong entity.

So now I'm able to, so I'm the CEO and founder of my company.

So I'm still consulting.

I'm still advising.

I'm having a great time doing it.

But to your question in terms of transformation.
