So yes, I've had a colored experience.

So very much my transformation experience.

And I kind of look, say the word transformation in terms of literally helping people

add value right helping people transform if I transform whether it's myself or the organization there should be some level of value add and my transformation experience because it can be very very colored my transformation experience has sat in a few areas so one is mergers and acquisitions so where a company financial services institution which I predominantly worked with in consulting

It says, okay, well, we want to do some form of merger or acquisition.

We want to grow our book or revenue.

We want to grow our business.

Or we want to expand into a new market.

Or we want to reduce our costs.

All Brexit that came along and all of the banks in the UK and anyone who was operating in the UK could no longer operate in the UK, you know, under the Brexit regime.

So they actually had to pivot to a new location in Europe.

That in itself was actually a transaction.

So an M&A, M&A, merger and acquisition is a type of deal.

It's a type of transaction.

The two words are synonymous.

And any time you have something like that, you have a huge element of transformation because you are transforming the company.

The values might change because maybe you are acquiring a new, it's like, you know, blending two families together, right?

You have to not just like find the right partner, right?

But you actually have to adjust and amend and, you know, like align on culture.

align on values communication might differ you know the plumbing you have to get together in a new home maybe and you know maybe you know adjust the utilities so that's the same thing when it comes to transformation in terms of M&A there's a huge number of things if you can think of any single aspect of
