Yes.

I also like to talk about enablement, right?

Because the adoption is, have I bought the tool?

Have I onboarded people?

Have I made compliance okay?

But actually enabling it, for me, that's behavioral.

AI adoption is not just about how to use the tools and am I using the tools?

It's actually like, do I change my behavior?

Because if you're, and a lot of people are using AI just for emails and search.

They're not using Google anymore.
